    “Besides, Carl here’s liable to bust a spring….” Yoakum is epic in this movie.

    @sal26 o’rly? Okay, chach. Fuck off already.

    @cadet58j …blah blah blah blah blah… In fact, you could arguably be the biggest tool on this site. Although someone like yourself, so full of hot air (bong smoke), probably deserves much more credit than being called a tool…how about pompous wind bag?

    @sal26 Yes really, Sally. If you’re going to give us all a little bio on Col Bruce, ARU would be the “most important” thing to mention, jackass…just sayin’. A little sensitive are we?

  6. sal26

    @cadet58j Really? “most importantly”….Really? THanks for the history lesson you pretentious hippie.

    @sal26
    Most importantly he was the front-man of Aquarium Rescue Unit which spawned other great musicians on the scene today…who went on to play with bands like The Allman Brothers. In, fact he could arguably have made the “jam band” or “improv” scene what it is today. He deserves much more credit than “used to open for Widespread Panic”. ARU were role models for musicians like Trey and Mike of “Phish”.

    @ShyteKreek46 “You like that song? Alright! Ahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaw.” At 0:58, I love when the Colonel guy laughs “Alright! Ahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaw” after when the Colonel guy asked Yoakam if he liked that song? At 0:58, why does the guy laugh “Alright! Ahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaw”, because that part really makes me laugh? What does that mean that “I stand on a hill not for a thrill but for a breath of a fresh kill”, and what does it mean that Morris (the genius) finishes his song without Doyle?

    This is easily on of the funniest scenes of all time. My favorite part about it is how Carl sits there all serene-like while Doyle goes off on his drunken rant. You just know that carl is thinking about some biscuits and some french-fried taters.

    The first time I saw this scene (when the movie came out) – I almost pissed my pants laughing!

    I wish there was a movie just about Morris and Terence. It could be called “The Dots Are Where I Say They Are”.

    That’s Col Bruce Hampton a new age poet/musician out of GA. He used to open up for Widespread Panic.

Melody and tune, that’s your trade term, you’re a tunesmith.” LOL @ his face. #LOL @ Carl here is liable to bust a spring, he’s already off balance.” This movie is funny as hell!
